The National Weather Service has issued flash flood warnings for Kerr County for heavy rainfall in the area. The NWS has issued urgent language, telling people to avoid travel, unless you are fleeing. Heavy downpours, as much as 2 inches per hour are possible. Because this area is so saturated, it won’t take much more additional rainfall for flooding to occur.
