The Aptos Movementum Accelerator Demo Day 2025, co-hosted by Amnis Finance and the Aptos Foundation, brought together over 200 VCs, builders, and industry leaders for an exclusive look at the next generation of Web3 innovation. The culmination of a five-week accelerator program, the event spotlighted six standout finalists shaping the future of blockchain technology.
Demo Day: A Showcase of Web3’s Brightest Talent
The event highlighted the growing influence of Web3 innovation, with Aptos Foundation and Amnis Finance reinforcing their commitment to fostering blockchain pioneers. Eric Hung Nguyen, CEO & Co-Founder of Amnis Finance; Jerome Ong, APAC Ecosystem Lead at Aptos Foundation; and Darren Song, Senior Ecosystem Associate at Aptos Foundation opened the event with insights into the expansion of the Aptos ecosystem, strategic industry developments, and the critical role of accelerator programs in driving blockchain adoption.

The highlight of the Demo Day was the highly anticipated pitch competition, where the six startup finalists competed before a panel of top VCs & industry leaders from Maven Capital, V3V Ventures, Magic Square, CV VC, Gate Ventures, Gate Ventures, Brinc Web3, along with representatives from 30 other VCs and ecosystem partners.
Meet the Finalists: Innovations Defining the Future of Web3
From crypto payments to blockchain gaming, the top six startups in the Movementum Accelerator Demo Day 2025 presented groundbreaking solutions that push the boundaries of Web3 innovation:
- Winner: Ripe – Transforming crypto payments with scan-to-pay technology, allowing users to seamlessly spend crypto using existing QR codes. They will be relaunching their product in The Philippines, and are working on partnerships to unlock new markets.
- Runner-up: Metaz – Revolutionizing the sneaker resale market through blockchain authentication, ensuring transparency and eliminating counterfeits. They recently achieved 90K community members with a 300% increase in monthly trading growth ratio in the last 2 months.
- Runner-up: GGEM – Making Web3 gaming more accessible, streamlining onboarding with its all-in-one game launcher. They have over 220 web3 games on launcher now and are confirmed to list with a Tier 1 exchange – Kucoin.
- Snyper – Social marketplace powered by smart contracts that rewards influencers of all sizes. They launched Snyper’s Alpha on the Aptos testnet with 2,000 users joined on iOS, and over 1,000 content creators applied to join the Snyper Ambassador Program within 48 hours.
- Linius – A decentralized hub for sharing financial insights and community-driven market analysis.
- Cat Gold Miner – A game-to-airdrop platform, building active Web3 communities through interactive gameplay. They are now listed on over 10 exchanges: Gate.io, Bitget, Mexc, BingX, Onus, CoinEx,… and CATGOLD World – Omnichain Web3 Gaming Hub is coming this Q1-2025.
A Four-Week Accelerator Program Designed for Impact
The Movementum Accelerator is a comprehensive, high-impact program designed to equip blockchain startups with the expertise, funding, and network necessary to scale their projects. Over four weeks, the accelerator provided intensive workshops, one-on-one mentorship from leading industry figures, and hands-on support to arm participating startups with critical aspects of blockchain entrepreneurship – including investor relations, marketing, and community building.
Startups selected for the Movementum Accelerator received substantial financial and technical support to propel their innovations forward, including up to $150,000 from the Aptos Foundation as part of a $1 million grant pool for APAC builders. Additional funding came through Tether and Movebit, as well as up to $200,000 in cloud and blockchain service credits from Google Cloud, Movebit, Spores Network, and other ecosystem partners. Beyond funding, the accelerator facilitated strategic investment matchmaking, connecting startups with top-tier venture capital firms, market makers, and liquidity providers, ensuring their continued success beyond the program.
