The day kicked off with an explosive rally, pushing short-term EMAs, like the 10, 20, and 50, sharply upward and widening the gaps between them – a classic sign that consolidation was likely ahead.
And consolidate it did. $BTC has just broken down from a rising wedge pattern, but that might actually be good news, as it’s now bouncing off the 50 EMA on the 10-minute chart, hinting at a possible continuation of bullish momentum.
Even if it breaks down further, there’s still ample support levels nearby, including the 15-minute 50 EMA and the 50% Fibonacci retracement.
