Video captured the moment a bystander flagged down police after a shooting occurred at a “No Kings” protest in Salt Lake City on Saturday. Witnesses say the man they flagged police for, later identified as Arturo Gamboa, had a rifle in his bag and pointed it in a crowd moments before.
