President Trump on Wednesday said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will travel to Washington Friday to sign a bilateral economic development and mineral-sharing pact as Mr. Trump seeks to end Ukraine’s war with Russia — although there remains considerable uncertainty over details of the deal and how it will affect Kyiv’s three-year war to stave off a Russian invasion force.
