The first half of 2025 has been the busiest on record for Dubai International airport, with 46 million guests. That’s a 2.3% increase year on year despite temporary regional airspace disruptions in May and June. Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports spoke to Bloomberg’s Horizons Middle East and Africa anchor Joumanna Bercetche on the numbers and how they had to deal with the geopolitical tensions in the region.
