Dubai’s $1 Billion Twin Towers Will Have One-Of-A-Kind Sky Pool… Exclusively For One High Roller

  • Dubai’s latest $1 billion USD (~$1.6 billion AUD) luxury project, Regent Residences, will have twin towers connected by a 43-foot rooftop infinity pool.
  • Each apartment occupies an entire floor, starting at $10 million USD with views of Burj Khalifa.
  • Project includes 10 floating “water villas” and 63 luxury residences covering 6,500 square feet each.

Dubai isn’t exactly known for subtlety. Whether it’s the city’s famous supercar graveyard, record-breaking skyscrapers, or ultra-luxurious hotels that charge over $10,000 USD a night, the city knows how to leave a mark. And its latest $1 billion USD (~$1.6 billion AUD) real estate project, “Sky Pool,” has taken luxury to an entirely new level — literally.

A Sky-High Marvel in Dubai’s Marina

The twin towers of Regent Residencies are set to rise 590 feet above Dubai’s Marasi Marina, and will add yet another architectural masterpiece to the city’s ever-growing skyline when they open in 2027. The most hyped-up feature of the towers is a 43-foot infinity pool that will float between the two towers and is exclusively for use by the “ultra-penthouse” resident.

Regent Residences has been designed by the popular firm Foster + Partners and developed in partnership with Sankari and IHG Hotels & Resorts. The building is more than just a high-end address — it’s an engineering wonder. The design takes inspiration from flowing water and features dramatic pool terraces that extend from the buildings, while the sky pool serves as a show-stopping centerpiece visible across the marina.

And then there’s the ultra-penthouse itself. It covers 35,000 square feet and comes with six bedrooms, a private gym, exclusive elevator access, and, of course, the sky pool, which is reserved just for the owner. Still, the other 63 residences aren’t exactly slumming it because each one takes up an entire floor, measuring over 6,500 square feet, and all have panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek. Prices start at $10 million USD, but with Dubai’s track record, expect those numbers to climb fast.

Floating Villas & Elite Living

If living in a floating skyscraper isn’t enough, Regent Residences also throws in 10 “water villas”— exclusive floating homes that give a new meaning to waterfront living. And the amenities? Think private tennis and padel courts, an 82-foot indoor lap pool, outdoor lounges, a cinema, and even a virtual golf simulator. The development’s podium level will also serve as a social hub and will have landscaped green spaces, high-end dining, and luxury retail.

Dubai has never been shy about pushing the limits of architecture and luxury, and Regent Residences is no exception. With its sky-high price tags, over-the-top amenities, and that elusive private sky pool, it ensures that Regent Residences Dubai lives up to its billing as the “jewel in Dubai’s crown.”
