Shell CEO Wael Sawan says ongoing signal jamming in the Strait of Hormuz is challenging and the energy company is being very careful with shipping in the region. Sawan also says the oil market is balanced at the moment. He speaks with Bloomberg’s Shery Ahn at a conference in Tokyo.
