The initial trend involved a prolonged downtrend followed by a consolidation phase between $3.50 and $4.00. This zone served as a strong support before the price broke out.
Analysts attribute the sharp price increase to momentum buying, short squeezes, and limited resistance. A secondary support area was established around $6.50–$7.00, which could act as a potential pullback zone.
