Military bagpipers performed a lament at dawn on the 80th anniversary of Victory over Japan Day. The bagpipers played at various locations across the UK including Whitehall, the National Arboretum in Staffordshire, Edinburgh Castle in Scotland and the Japanese Garden of Peace in London. .
