Minnesotan penned 'conspiratorial letter' claiming Gov. Walz told him to kill Sen. Klobuchar

The Minnesota man who confessed to killing a state lawmaker and her husband reportedly penned a “rambling, conspiratorial letter” addressed to the FBI that said Gov. Tim Walz instructed him to kill U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar.
