Israel killed two members of Hamas’ de facto cabinet in the Gaza Strip on Sunday, bringing to 11 the death toll within the 20-person forum. Salah al-Badawil and Ismail Barhoum were hit in south Gaza by air strikes. Meanwhile, Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet took the first big step toward dismissing the attorney general in the latest attempt to reduce judicial oversight over the government’s actions.
