Price analysis of Pengu, Cardano, and BNB

This week, some prices are showing very interesting things, and in this article, we will analyze the trend of Pengu, Cardano (ADA), and BNB.

Since today BNB has recorded its new all-time high, we will start from this.

Analysis of the crypto BNB, Cardano (ADA), and Pengu in comparison

Last night, for the first time in its history, the price of BNB exceeded $800.

Among the main cryptocurrencies, it is the only one reaching all-time highs today, but it is not an anomaly because the price trend of BNB sometimes takes its own path, while still following the macro cycle of the crypto markets.

Note that the maximum of 2021 was recorded below $700, and that already in April of last year it recorded new all-time highs by rising just above this figure.

With the Trump-trade at the end of 2024, it also rose above $750, and today it has broken through the $800 barrier.

A curious thing is that during the early months of 2025, when the mini-bubble generated by the Trump-trade burst, the price of BNB had fallen to $530, which was lower than the level at the beginning of November before the electoral victory of Trump.

Thus, the mini-bubble at the end of 2024 completely deflated on BNB in the early months of 2025, but afterwards there was first a rebound, which brought the price close to $700 in May, and then a second recovery in July that led it to record new all-time highs.

This is a particular situation, not shared by practically any other top crypto, although quite similar to the trend of Bitcoin.

However, it is necessary to highlight how the recent rise, which began on July 16, seems a bit parabolic, and therefore it is advisable to pay close attention to any signs of a new mini-bubble burst.

The trend of the price of Pengu

Unlike BNB, which is a native cryptocurrency supported by the world’s largest crypto exchange, Pengu, on the other hand, is a memecoin on Solana. Therefore, they are two cryptos that are absolutely not comparable.

Pengu landed on the crypto markets only in December 2024, that is, in the midst of the Trump-trade.

As often happens, especially during bull runs, the initial price turned out to be excessive, due to a strong excess of enthusiasm.

In fact, after reaching 43 thousandths of dollars at the beginning of 2025, in the following months it plummeted below 4 thousandths, losing more than 90%.

Although these may seem like extreme movements, for a memecoin they are not that rare – whereas they would be for a real cryptocurrency.

At the end of April, however, it recorded a first rebound, reaching 15 thousandths, and starting from the end of May, it began a bullrun that might still be ongoing, which has already taken it above the January highs.

In theory, the all-time high of 57 thousandths has not yet been reached, but that figure was only touched on the very day of the landing on the crypto markets and only at the initial moment. It would be better to ignore it and take the 43 thousandths of January as a reference. The current price is 44 thousandths, so without the anomaly of the first day, it would be the new all-time high.

It is, however, an exclusively speculative crypto.

The trend of the price of Cardano

ADA is the native cryptocurrency of Cardano.

Despite the recent rise, it is still even at -72% from the all-time highs of 2021 (3.1$).

The problem is that the bear market that followed lasted for almost two years, until October 2024 when it was still around $0.3.

The Trumo-trade at the end of 2024 allowed him to recover at least 1.2$, but that bounce lasted little, and by April it had already fallen back below 0.6$.

Even at the beginning of July, it was below this last figure, but at least starting from July 9, it has been marking a new rebound, still ongoing, which first brought it back to $0.7 and then to $0.8.

To tell the truth, a couple of days ago it managed to climb back above $0.9, but yesterday it then fell back below this threshold.

While on one hand the long-term trend of the prezzo di Cardano is marking ascending bottoms over the years, in reality, it is only thanks to speculative bubbles that it marks truly interesting gains.

However, it should not be forgotten that all speculative bubbles eventually burst, therefore the long-term trend of the price of Cardano does not appear to be particularly interesting, unlike, for example, that of BNB.
