Luxury car brands are no longer just redefining the roads — they’re reshaping skylines, too. Porsche, the German automaker giant that is known for precision engineering and top-tier performance, is now bringing its elite residential concept to Asia with the upcoming Porsche Design Tower Bangkok.

This high-rise building will be Porsche’s third residential project worldwide. After the success of the Miami and Stuttgart towers, the Bangkok tower now aims to bring new standards for luxury living in Southeast Asia and will likely become the ultimate playground for supercar enthusiasts and luxury connoisseurs alike.

Engineering Excellence Meets Sky-High Living

The tower is 95 meters tall and has 22 exclusive Sky Villas available in duplex and quadplex configurations that range from 525 to 1,135 square meters. And if you’re expecting just a regular high-end condo, think again. Each unit has an automated terrace system, which was inspired by the Porsche 911 Targa roof mechanism. Why settle for standard balconies when your living space can transform at the push of a button?

Instead of traditional car elevators, the tower features a spiral ramp, allowing residents to drive straight to their homes. Image: Porsche

And for those who love a bold skyline presence, the building has a crown lighting design that mirrors the signature rear light strip found on Porsche sports cars, creating a stunning nighttime presence in the Bangkok skyline.

The Future of Automotive Living

What truly sets the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok apart is its “Passion Spaces.” In simple words, these spaces (that range from 100 to 335 square meters) allow you to park your Porsche or whatever expensive car you own right next to your living room. And unlike traditional car elevators, this tower has a spiral car ramp that lets residents drive their vehicles straight up to their residences because parking in a basement is for peasants.

Other than the garages, the residences will have three distinct kitchen styles — Thai, Western, and outdoor barbecue areas. Other amenities will include private pools, world-class appliances, and unmatched concierge services that are tailored for high-net-worth individuals who expect nothing less than perfection.

The tower features a 25-meter swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, and a business lounge. Image: Porsche

Residents will also have access to a 25-meter swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness centre, spa, and exclusive social and business lounges. And with the tower being in Bangkok’s ultra-elite Thonglor district, the city’s best fine dining, shopping, and entertainment options will be just an elevator ride away.

A New Chapter in Luxury Real Estate

The tower is expected to be completed by late 2028 and marks a significant milestone in Porsche’s expansion into Asian markets. Lutz Meschke who is the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at Porsche AG explained:
