Russia continues attacks on Kharkiv as US halts some shipments of weapons to Ukraine

Russian forces overnight struck Kharkiv and the region with Shahed drones, one person was killed and four injured in the region, according to administration head Oleh Syniehubov. A car shop, a residential buildings, and other civilian infrastructure were damaged in Kharkiv.
