California inmate Scott Peterson was injured at Mule Creek State Prison on Sunday, state officials said. The convicted murderer was involved in an “incident with another person” and suffered “minor injuries” March 9, a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation spokesperson told NewsNation affiliate KRON.
