Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Jury Reaches Partial Verdict in Trial – Fails to Agree on Racketeering Charge

Sean Diddy Combs’ bombshell sex trafficking and racketeering trial appears to be slowly coming to a close. On Tuesday, July 1, the 12-person jury announced that they’d reached a partial verdict that covered four of the five charges.

The music producer, 55, currently faces two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, one count of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. However, while members of the jury informed the judge that they were able to agree on the sex trafficking and prostitution-related charges, they were unable to reach a verdict for the racketeering charge.

Judge Arun Subramanian has told the lawyers that he intends to ask the jury that they “keep deliberating,” according to CNN, but acknowledged that may not help if there are “unpersuadable opinions” on the first count.

Jurors informed Judge Subramanian that they’re done for the day. Deliberations will resume tomorrow morning, Wednesday, July 2.

Combs pleaded not guilty to all charges. If found guilty on all counts, he could face life in prison.

A verdict has yet to be read, but a decision could be imminent.

As Star previously reported, the hip hop artist’s high-profile trial began in May and has featured testimonies from more than 30 witnesses, including Diddy’s ex, CasandraCassie Ventura, who accused him of physical abuse.
