A Florida sheriff is responding to a cell phone video that was widely shared on social media, of a suspect apparently being struck in the face by deputies who broke his car window during a traffic stop. The Jacksonville Sheriff says the video of the February incident doesn’t paint the whole picture, so he released bodyworn camera video from officers at the scene.
