LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A full closure was issued along the I-15 northbound on-ramp and off-ramp at Primm Boulevard due to flooding, according to the RTC of Southern Nevada.
Shortly after 5 p.m., drivers in the area were experiencing major delays as a result.
Heavy rains were expected across the Las Vegas area and surrounding areas. Over one inch of rain fell near Primm Thursday night, according to the National Weather Service of Las Vegas.
