Description: An Angie’s Prime Grill drive-thru is under construction next to the EOS Fitness and McDonald’s drive-thru. The parcel is gated off and under construction.
On the other side of Baseline Road, a 104-acre stretch of land, long home to a wholesale tree nursery, is to be developed into houses, apartments and commercial buildings, including retail stores and restaurants.
A dirt lot at the northeast corner of 19th Avenue and Baseline Road is gated off in preparation for construction. An Angie’s Prime Grill is slated to open there in August 2025.
History: The property owner applied for and obtained a use permit from the city for the drive-thru in 2023. The land was purchased by “TSALM SERVICES LLC,” a Delaware-based company, in 2022.
When will the work be done? August 2025, according to a representative with the company.
